- 20+ years experience in Project/Program Management including managing teams of up to 27 Project Managers and project portfolios up to $230 million
- 2 ½ years as Chair of BMO Financial Group Project Management Council and a key driver in implementing:
- A bank-wide Project Manager Accreditation Model
- SEI-CMM and ISO 9001 certification in Project Management
- An annual Professional Excellence Symposium (attended by 1,300 participants in 2006)
- International recognition as the first place winner representing BMO Financial Group, in a competition hosted by the international research firm “The Standish Group” in their search for the World’s Best Project Manager
